To say Shay has impacted my life is an understatement. Because she first got to know me and my values, she was able to hone in on the "why" behind my desire to make a change. Of course, I had a weight loss goal, but more importantly, Shay helped me understand that it is more important for me to improve my health so that I can enjoy my life. I want to be able to keep up with my family when we go on a hike, or do yard work without the aches and pains that have been stopping me for the last few years. Shannon's coaching was tailored to me as an individual, and she helped me to see that my health is entirely in my own hands. She started by helping me make small, manageable goals, which I've been able to build on since our first session. I have no intention of giving up, and there is no such thing as going "off" this plan because what we've created together is a sustainable lifestyle that allows me to be the best version of myself.
